Samples and Covers As no one could have missed Curtis Mayfield is one of the most sampled artists in todays R&B music. We will try to build a complete list of the Mayfield samples and this is just a start. I found most of this information on internet at http://www.galactica.it/101/black/sample33.html. Any further information would be very welcome. We will also try to make a list of all the cover versions of Curtis songs, both these he wrote for other artists in the first place as well as later covered stuff.
